Dusky Rain is our second addition to our Racing Club VIP Syndicate Programme, and is an exciting recruit to our yard at Newlands. Assistant Trainer Charlie Pike has been impressed with how she’s settled into her new surroundings and is looking forward to getting her out on a racecourse soon.
The two-year-old has an impressive pedigree, having been sired by Group 2 Richmond Stakes winner Land Force. Since being sent to stud, he has sired multiple winners, including Glorious Goodwood winner Serried Ranks. It’s also worth noting that Land Force’s sire No Nay Never has produced numerous Group 1 winners, so her pedigree is certainly striking.
Assistant trainer Charlie Pike has been impressed with her start to life at Newlands, stating: “She’s got a fiery attitude and loves to get on with her job. She’s certainly not aware that she’s a small horse!”
Dusky Rain has settled in nicely at Newlands and we’re excited to see her out on a racecourse in the not too distant future. We’re confident she has a big career ahead of her!
