Brodie’s Boy

Brodie’s Boy is an exciting three-year-old gelding who has won once and finished runner-up twice from just six races to date. After making an eye-catching debut, he finished runner-up in his next two races behind a couple of promising runners at Lingfield and Wolverhampton respectively. After another close effort at Wolverhampton, he shed his maiden tag in impressive fashion at the fifth time of asking, running out a comfortable winner on his first step up to the mile-and-a-half trip at Kempton. 

He has an impressive pedigree, having been sired by Cloth Of Stars, who was a Group 1 winner and placed in consecutive Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe’s. Since being retired to stud, he has sired the likes of Dallas Star (Group 3 winner) and Birr Castle (2 x Listed winner).  

Brodie’s Boy looks to have a big career ahead of him, and with a strong pedigree we’re hopeful he can develop into a high-class star himself.
